Absolutely. It’s your home, and you’re welcome to use it as often as you’d like—just as long as existing guest reservations are honored. You can easily block out your personal dates through your Horizon owner account.
No. We don’t believe in locking homeowners into restrictive contracts. You can cancel and we will continue to manage any existing reservations during that period to ensure a smooth transition.
